A- Dark copper, thin head, great lacing
S- sweet caramel, notes of fruit
T- sweet malt base finished with fruit and pine. A pretty sweet and mild apa
M- a little heavy. Good carbonation.
O- As a college student in La Crosse, naturally Pearl Street would be one of the first micro brewery's I would try. Because of that I've had more than a few of their beers. Pale Ale is at every bar in town and a great fallback if you want a craft beer.

Pearl Street Pale pours a light golden color with a little head. There is a very fresh hoppy aroma that is a bit weak. Light hop taste, very crisp malty backbone. Light flavors, but nice carbonation. Overall it tastes good, but is on the lighter side.

Poured on tap into a pint glass. Pours straw with a tad of red with a small white head. Smells of piney hops with a touch of citrus. Tastes of some malt with sharp piney hops. Beer is light bodied with good carbonation, finishes real nice. Overall a very good beer.
