Canned 7/15/21 (Picked up from La Crescent Wine & Spirit just west of La Crosse, didn't think to check the date and it's one year old)
Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (50% clarity) medium orange color with a massive white head. Appears to be spoiled. (3.25)
Aroma: Mild, but decent aromas of melon, orange, berries and cantaloupe. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of melon and tropical fruit upfront. Then a black tea and cardboard flavor. Some apple and earthy sweetness on the end. (3.50)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. An earthy sweetness lingers. (3.50)
Overall: Hard to say what this beer was fresh, but it drinks surprisingly okay for being over a year old. Definite Mosaic flavors of ripe melon, berries, earthy. The earthiness doesn't evolve into fruit but rather cardboard given the beers age. Still, surprised the flavors held up this well. I suspect it might be better fresh, but surprised that La Crescent Wine & Spirit carried this local beer one year old! A knock on La Crescent Wine and Spirit, but I'm not going to knock this beer or brewery until I try it fresh. (Rating for now: 3.55, but will try it again fresh)

Rumpshaker IPA pours a bronze color, clean and crisp, with a large long lasting lacing head. Aroma is creamy dry, with tropical fruit notes. Flavor is clean, dry, tropical fruit notes, and just the smallest hint of bitterness. Good body and feel. Overall, a very nice IPA, great flavors, strong flavors, and one of the best looking beers around.

I'm trying this beer at the brewery. It poured a very slightly hazy yellow with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had citrus hop character. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit notes. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Brewery pour.
Hazy blond color with a tall fluffy white head.
Aromas of sweet sweaty tropical fruit, slight grass, slight oatmeal. Tangerine.
Flavor is of tangerine and orange juice, slight honey, then just pure soap and perfume.
Creamy, slightly acidic, medium bodied.
Overall this was quite the harsh buzzing hive of honey, soap, and bright citrus fruits. Far from excellent, chalk this up to another poorly executed hazy IPA done to please the masses.

Pours a light, soapy head. Bright, intense citrus aroma. Turbidity takes it to a pale straw color. Starts with an intense citrus rind flavor. A low-medium bitterness. Flavors of candied citrus, citrus rind, and a hint of pine in the background. Finish is lingering citrus rind bitterness on top of citrus fruit.
This isn't too bad. It's more bitter than I typically find this style, but it's not too bitter.

Lots a flotaties! Light fruity nose follows right into the taste. Very light bitterness left on the toung. Kind of crushable. It didn't Wrekx-N-Effex my pallet, but I did zoom-a-zoom zoom right through this one!
