Lamb of Quad pours a clear brownish/reddish color, with no head. The aroma has notes of oak and cherries. The flavor has lots of oak and bourbon notes, hints of sweet and slightly tart cherries throughout. Flat. Overall, a big barrel, big bourbon flavored sweet quad.
