Went here a few times already, and wrote this review on a napkin last I was here.
V - Downplayed, a lot - and not in a bad way! Super chill, and a magnet for beer geeks it seems.
Q - Solid, complex brews. Each sip seems to be its own adventure.
Se - It's a lean place they're running over here. A brewing legend and his wife are the only employees for the time being, but service is prompt and knowledgeable. Both of them know their stuff!
Sl - Probably my favorite part about this place. There's something for everyone. Although it's definitely focused on German styles, it's far from the menu being 95% hop bombs.
Absolutely worth a visit, possibly a trip to venture after.
