Proper pint tap pour in Toulouse, FR.
Gorgeous presentation, foamed and cloudy gold.
Nose is floral with herbacious hops and caramel malt.
Taste is citrusy hop forward, fine bitterness, malt balanced, not sweet.
Mouth is medium bodied, medium carbonation.
Overall, props for being a tasty, South of France made, Organic IPA.
