German sour, citrusy blended with raspberry and blueberry. A perfect Buffalo red, white and blue.

This has a big, fluffy, white head that quickly retreats from two and a half inches to an eighth of an inch, leaving no lacing. Fine, random carbonation quickly rises within a Steigl stange, while the beer is clear and golden yellow.
The aroma is very clearly raspberry, although it is mild. It is clean, with slight grains.
This one has a sensation of wet socks (not that I've ever tasted them) and mild tartness. I was unable to discern any of the fruit, and the sweetness was very light. Faint bitterness is relegated to the lingering finish.
While there is no alcohol to be perceived, it has a light body and soft texture. Effervescent carbonation is the primary feature of mouthfeel.
Despite being far from style, I did enjoy this one as an afternoon summer beer.
