Nu Moon is pale yellow and foggy (SRM 4-5). A two inch, loose, foam head settles to nothing after a few minutes.
Lemon pith opens, followed by light wheat and very mild floral and spicy notes.
The flavor carries a light floral and defined light pepper. Lime and wheat follow. It has a light bitterness and faint astringency. The finish is mild and never ending.
Alcohol is below expectation, as is the modest carbonation. It has a light to medium body and watery texture.
This is an easy drinking beer with some character. However, I did not find it to be a good example of the style.
