Milieu Fermentation

Different, but I liked it. The one beer I had was tasty. Lots of windows and a few wobbly stools make for a good time. I'm glad I found this place, I hope you seek it out.

Occupying a location near the Fitzsimons campus in Aurora, this is the third(?) brewery to operate out of the location. In my judgement, the best too, even though they’ve just opened recently at the time of this writing. The vibe/quality/service/selection criteria seems to me to be quite subjective, so I have trouble reasoning about scores, but it is a nice place to drink beer, hang, and bring dogs. Beer is very good for such a young brewery. Location is well maintained and laid out. Servers/brewers always friendly. Hoping they last here a very long time.

This is the third iteration of a brewery/taproom on the CU medical campus in Aurora, and it's good to have one still in the area. The head brewer is the same, but they've updated the decor and changed the theme. Right now they don't have quite as many beers on tap as the previous incarnation did, but they've stated their longer-term plans for various projects and I'm excited to see what they do with them. It's a comfortable place to have a beer and they'll continue to do well here.
