12 ounce bottle from the brewery into a pint glass
A - Pours a clear, golden hay colored body with a one finger thick head that fades to a lace after a couple of minutes. Plenty of carbonation is present as it races up towards the head.
S - Plenty of malts, grains and some bready yeast are present. Additionally, there is a nice lemony citrus zest that comes through as well.
T - Plenty of light malts and grains. There is also a hint of corn along with some wheat. Plenty of lemon citrus notes make this beer pretty solid overall. I would like to see a stronger profile of the grains, wheat and corn but still pretty good. The nice citrus finish makes this beer pretty solid.
M - Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Upon entering the mouth there is plenty of light malts, grains and wheat. An ample amount of carbonation cleanses the palate and allows for a nice lemony citrus notes to finish crisp and clean.
D - This is a rather easy drinking beer, especially during warm summer days. While I would like the beer to be more fuller in regards to the wheat, grains, and corn it is still a good offering from Viking.

A brand new beer from Viking. The description from their website says...
LES Beer
What is LES Beer? LES Beer is not a light beer. LES is more.
Why LES? Beause let's face it, you really should drink LES Beer.
But what is LES? LES is not simply a beer. LES is a movement.
We should all strive to do LES! L ive - E njoy - S imply
I entered it in as a light lager but to be quite honest I dont know what it is.
Pours a medium hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is pretty big candy corn (like you have at Halloween), light citrus. Flavor is also quite sweet. Corn, malts, wheats and mild hops. This seems to be one of their better lighter style beers and I enjoyed it.
