Had on tap. Clear amber brown with a white head that settles quickly. Various malts lead the nose with some twinges of oak, toast, toasted caramel, earth, and very, very, slight herbs. Taste is even more malty than it smells, with all flavors minus the herbs, great bock finish. Feel is smooth, medium bodied, malty, and warm, a recommended example of the style. Don't let the site that shall not be named lead you astray, this is a great bock. The wife liked it
