Tap pull at the brewery. Uneven foam that dissipated quick in deep gold brew.
Lot of nose here. Rich hop aroma.
Cascade and Simcoe hops lends iteself to a piney brew finished with Summit hops that gives all the bitterness and flavor you look for in a traditional West Coast IPA.
Proper mouth and medium carbonation.
Overall, nice, super fresh, tasty.
