Rook-Bräu

Currently only open Friday afternoons after 1400 hours, although their beers are available in the area at a few beverage stores. A friend of the brewer was helping out and showed me around. It is a small operation, with the brewing done in one room and the sales in another and cases of bottles awaiting filling stacked all around the area. Truly a "handwerk" operation, they have a combination bottle rinser, filler and capper in use, along with an old hand labeler. The place had a great feel about it, with the owner/brewer trying to give locals value for their money, in a good way. Their selection is small, with some seasonals entering in.
