We produce a lighter version of the West Coast style, while still moderately hopped. We’ve decided to concentrate on the aromatics of the hops by using five different varieties to give a more complex & less bitter version of the favourite beer style. Lots of tropical and citrus notes on the nose and palate.

Hazy gold with a thick, even head. Rich tropical nose with good depth. Medium malt body, solid and smooth with great lacing for the entire glass. Well-balanced with a nice blend of crispness. It tastes like a quality beer should.
