Visited this new-ish brewery with my brother and friend while visiting Pennsylvania. Was previously New Fangled Brewing location. The spot is sort of interesting as its in the middle of a housing development, but there are a few commercial restaurants and other shops here. Looks like housing above the brewery and commercial entities too. Good mixed use development space.
Walking in there is a long bar (maybe 25 stools), and several table chair combos of various numbers of chairs. There are a few comfy looking sofas at one end for sitting as well.
Lots of windows some cool copper tin light fixtures hang from the ceiling. Brewing kettle and fermenting tanks are all directly behind the bar. There is a food menu, upscale pub grub by the looks of what came out of the kitchen. We didnt eat any food.
Beer menu is impressively diverse, with 16 draft lines (includes a cider, mead, and a ginger beer), plus 3 different 750 corked bottles of farmhouse and sour beers brewed in house. Brewer definitely experiments a bit as one of the drafts also contains a honey beer with dandelion flowers in the kettle.
Staff were knowledgeable about the beers and answered questions for us. Flights are available as are crowlers, all drafts come in 16oz for lower ABVs and 10 oz for the higher octane brews.
Beers we had were all tasty and well made and appreciate the range of options available here. Gonna stop back here every visit I believe, nice new addition to the south central PA brewing scene!
