Pours a cloudy, murky light brown: white head with a good creamy texture.
I like Hefeweizen that have a banana feel to them: this fitted in well. The beer had a banana and vanilla nose/taste and I enjoyed the whole thing, some mild citrusy notes were also noticeable in the flavour as the beer warmed a little in the glass. Refreshing and true to style.
