A hazy DIPA collab with Rivington Brewing Co at 8% abv.
Continuing the story set in motion by a beer called Maximum Overdrive we brewed with Rivington at their farm brewery.
We built on the original concept for the hops in Maximum Overdrive but with a slightly different selection on the formats. Nectaron, Citra and Cryo Citra, Galaxy and Idaho 7 Hyperboost were used this time

Copenhagen 18/11 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Strage can where the logo of the two involved breweries take up most of the place. A small ghostly arcade gaming machine at the top of the can.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a. big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer.. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of fermented stone fruit mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and peach. Alcohol. Grapefruit and lime. Floral fumes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness with a healthy dose of alcohol. Followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy vibe, Lingering. A bit searing. Finish is dry.
Potent tart and boozy. As a DIPA should be.
