Brewed with Citra and Centennial hops, this Pale Ale has a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of balancing sweetness. Tropical notes with some lemongrass and pine/dank balance, this is a great option for something hop-forward without high ABV or palate-wrecking bitterness.

First beer I’ve had from Cedar Glade. On tap at BNA. Is an absolute looker, though apparently unfiltered. Murky apple cider coloring and body with a reasonable initial head but tons of lacing all the way down the glass. Extremely mild nose with light pops of crystal malts, citrus peel, grassiness, and pine needles. Flavor is even more subdued. The brewery lists this as an APA but this really comes off more as British Pale Ale. Very earthy, a slight mineral note, maybe some mild tropical fruits, but very flat with almost no aftertaste. Definitely not bitter or sweet. But highly drinkable! Cant really compete as an APA but perfectly serviceable as a BPA.
