Drunk fresh at the source in June 2024.
L: Light golden yellow with a thin smattering of head and medium levels of carbonation.
S: Clean, mildly bready malts.
T: It's very clean and crisp. It's spritzy and citrusy, like a lemon spritzer. It finishes sweet and tangy. I don't notice any sweetness from the rice. It's eminently drinkable. Very nice.
M: Full body, medium carbonation, minimal carbonic bite.
O: This is an excellent, crisp lager, poured fresh from the tap at the source.
