Opaque, pale gold colored body. Gushed for several seconds after opening. Not really any head nor lacing.
Aroma of mango and vanilla. Any strawberry is distant.
Taste is sour. Flavors of mango and vanilla. Kernza malt has a heritage flavor. Strawberry shows up late. Aftertaste is short lived.
Medium mouthfeel. Tooth scraper and mouth dryer. Other than the gushing, the carbonation seems okay.
More sour than smoothie-style. Flavors seem true and are not artificial.
