On tap in the Black Forest. Pours a clear yellow with lasting head. Sweet tangy malt. Tasting Light at first then a heavy metal bitter ending. Not too Bad.

A: Pour is all crystal white light but compact head at first - there must be at least a little wheat in this one. As the head settles the pale murky yellow liquid rises. Fantastic lacings after the dissipation of the head that takes almost forever.
S: Dry and crips bitter hops together with rich malt, not very sweet. Citric notes, nettles and freshly cut grass.
T: Rich malt, a bit sweet than the smell, but still not very sweet. Dry and crips bitter hops. Floral hops brings citric notes. Still the nettles and grass is very present.
M: Long lovely bitter aftertaste. Body is on the lighter side and the carbonation is low.
O: Well, the body was a little thin, otherwise a nice Zwickel.

A slightly opalescent yellow appearance, with few bubbles. White, compact, abundant head.
At the smell a light maltiness, light and delicate. Light hopping, quite herbal.
At the taste a pungent and clear hop.
Very light in body.
Herbal hop in the aftertaste, light, but quite long.
