Farmers & Bankers Brewing

I was brought here by my sister and brother-in-law, on a short swing through NJ. Woodstown was always known for its diner as a stop on the way to the Jersey shore. Now there's this delightful little brewery, right on the corner of the main intersection. An old bank perhaps? Cozy, friendly place, great service and a big enough taplist to suit everyone's tastes. Nice vibe from start to finish. There is a lso a small beer gardden around the back.

This brewery is located in a repurposed bank building in the center of the small downtown of Woodstown. The space is very attractive: the high ceiling and large widows provide a light, airy feel. There is a large bar with numerous high and low tables and several couches. When we visited on a weekday afternoon the crowd was small but everyone was having a good time. The venue is dog-friendly. The staff, including the brewer, were friendly and happy to discuss the beer and offer samples. The beer itself was impressive and I bought cans and bottles of barrel-aged offerings. While the brewery does not serve food there are numerous options nearby. Despite its somewhat remote location, Farmers & Bankers Brewing is a fine local brewery that I intend to visit again.
