I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a clear plastic tumbler.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with a moderate haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: a relatively simple, sweet malt with a bit of yeastiness.
Taste: nicely malty with maybe a little too much sweetness. Bitterness is moderate and there’s a little bit of a fruity yeasty character. Not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and a good creaminess for the style.
Overall: reasonably good, though the sweetness and yeastiness make this feel “heavy” for a helles.
