I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a clear plastic tumbler.
Appearance: medium brown hue with a light to moderate haze and a thin layer of light tan foam atop.
Smell: a good coffee aroma here, but not a ton of complexity other than that. Decent enough.
Taste: the coffee in this one is quite strong, and the lactose leaves a fair dose of sweetness as well. If you like sweetened black coffee, this’ll be right up your alley. A bit sweet for me, but I do kinda like the iced-coffee vibe.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not too bad, if you really like coffee.
