I visited Gasworks a couple weeks ago and, boy, what a location! They have a huge, amazing outdoor beer garden right on Lake Union with just an incredible atmosphere. It was a typically gray Seattle fall day out there, but it was still lovely; I imagine that on sunny days it's just incredible. In addition to the giant beer garden, there's a small indoor seating area, from which the brewhouse is in full view (yay!). They have a kitchen with burgers and salads and sandwiches and pub snacks: fries, cheese curds, that sort of thing.
On my visit, they had 8 of their beers on tap plus two ciders and an N/A beer. Styles consisted of two sours (gluten free!), helles, Vienna lager, Pilsner, a fresh hop "west coast Pilsner", the non-fresh hop version of the same Pilsner, and a hazy IPA. So, definitely lager focused when I visited; I had the Vienna lager and the hazy IPA and both were solid.
I'll definitely be returning to Gasworks again!
