Pours a clouded pale yellow with a bigger, soon receeding head.
Smells of wet hay, grass with a bit of salt and flowery citrus.
Drinks light and refreshing, light bodied with a higher carbonation.
Tastes of bread dough, citrus zest and cardamom, together with koriander and a lighter peppery note. Turns sweeter then with caramel malts adding a bit complexity to the flavors, as well as a note of sea salt. Finishes clean and crisp with a little more hay and straw, entangled into a profound maltiness.
Quite okay and well balanced, with nothing in particular standing out in this.

L:
-pours a hazy straw golden with a medium, foamy, white head
-medium carbonation visible
S:
-huge coriander note,lemon,banana,clove,pineapple
T:
-Follows the nose plus salt and bread dough.
F:
-medium to high carbonation
-light to medium body
O:
Certainly not a Gose, there's no lactic acidity here.
It makes for a very nice Witbier though.

Pours a light straw-gold with slight haze and small-to-medium head that left without lacing. Nose is nice bright lemon, some acidic tartness, and some light hops rounds it out. Taste is not as exciting. Very straightforward with citrus, but lacks necessary tartness. Refreshing and crushable, but I want that twang! Overall, a good beer that screams to be more than it is.

Hazy bright yellow color with a bit of white foam. Aroma is quite interesting. At first I get a punch of fresh hops but with lemon juice in the background. Taste starts like a witbier. I get coriander, wheat sweetness, a bit of banana and just a int of lemon and lime. No tartness at all. Light to medium body with effervescent mouthfeel. It's a nice beer but I don't really know why they call it a gose. It's not tart, maybe a bit salty but mostly it's like a hoppy witbier.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a small head, quickly dissipating to a thin ring. The nose detects some citrus, along with the scent of the sea (probably entirely in my mind, however). The flavor is subdued, slightly salty at the end. Yum!

Slightly hazy straw color with minimal head and no lacing.
The aroma makes me think of what a Hefeweizen might smell like if there were a Shandy/Radler/Alster version: banana-like Hefeweizen notes, wonderful lemony tartness upfront and additional coriander, along with some underlying graininess to it.
Taste reminds me more of a tart Saison than a Gose, with very faint saltiness at the end, but which does become more pronounced as the beer warms.
Overall, a really great beer, especially for summer. I'd like to see them do a fruity version, as is common these days with the style.

Will have to revisit this one (to write a proper review), as I only had half a small bottle -- and that not in ideal circumstances. Also, my first Gose, so unsure of the style. But whatever, it was a wonderful beer and I look forward to our next meeting :-)

Picked this up at a great beer shop in Darmstadt, Germany, Maruhn Welt der Getränke. Cloudy yellow-orange pour with a one finger foamy white head with good retention and lacing. Huge perfumey, citrusy hop nose with hints of lemon zest, orange blossoms, coriander, white pepper, and tangerine. The taste is dominated by the citrus hops as well with hints of lemon, coriander, white pepper, orange zest, and some nice subtle saltiness on the finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied, crisp, and very refreshing with huge drinkability. Overall, this was a really pleasant surprise and a really well done interpretation of the style, especially considering this was from a German macro brewery. All it was really lacking was a bit of sourness. Highly recommended!

Not much tartness, not much saltiness... doesn't really come across as a gose, more like a hefeweizen, mainly tastes of coriander
