This weizen displays chracteristics not common to traditional Hefe Weisen. First off the aromas are dominated by a lemony fragrance, but the yeasty esters are also immediately percepable. There is only a moderate amount of head, but I think my brew was a bit too cold when served to me. There is slight banana in the taste, but not much more. This feels a bit thick and not so smooth. I'll have to try this again less colder.
