JULY 2024.
On tap (€5).
Bottom-fermented dark beer produced in collaboration with the Birrificio Marconi pub (which recently opened a new branch in the pine forest of Ostia Antica).
Black color with dark brown highlights.
Quite abundant foam, of moderate sufficiency, creamy and soft.
In the mouth, a light-bodied beer, with adequately lively carbonation, characterized by an underlying taste of cereals that evolves into slightly toasted and chocolatey notes.
All in a "soft" rather than sweet context, with these cereal notes to weaken more toasted and roasted notes.
The finish has an aftertaste of cereals which also dampen those light notes of dark chocolate, almost giving a light sensation of creaminess.
Predominant tasting notes: Roasted coffee, ash, dark chocolate and a soft finish of toasted bread (bruschetta).
Classic, without "twists", pleasant and quenching in an interesting way.
