German style amber ale. It has a very smooth yet pronounced, hop bitterness with a malty backbone. We added a little bit of Hallertau Blanc hops to give it a touch of fruity character to give it a little American alter ego.

Pours a medium brown color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. No discernable aroma. Taste is spicy roasted malts with a slightly bitter finish. Crisp and dry.
