Lyudmila Spicy Tomato Gose

I tried this when at Amber Bar in Shymkent, the guys running it being very exicted about their beers. I'll say that nothing about this beer is my style - I'm not a big fan of Gose, plain or flavoured, and I do not care for spicy beers. That said, this struck me as a very well-made beer for what they are trying to do, like all of their beers which I had. It is certainly spicy and tomato-ey,with lots of chile and tomato flavor and the Gose character underlying it, with a zesty salty zing, but resrtrained. It is very full flavoured with lots of complex and deep character. I'm rating it on that, rather than my own personal taste. Mouthfeel was full, creamy but also lively. It is very much like a beer variation of a good, if rather spicy, bloody Mary. It is somewhat crimson in colour, with a pink-crimson frothy head. If you like this sort of thin, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
