Bottle courtesy of Bill. This beer seems to be very obscure as it's not listed here or on RateBeer. Not much information, but apparently it's a Dunkel.
A: The pour is a dark brown color with a finger of khaki colored head that dies down to a thin layer.
S: A slight butter note on the front end of the nose. There is a lot of lager yeast and a touch of dark fruits. Lots of bread, particularly toasted bread. A mild toffee aroma on what is a moderately sweet nose overall.
T: Big time toffee flavor to this beer. Fairly bready as well with a nice toastiness. Lots of lager yeast and just yeast flavor in general. There is a pronounced raisin flavor to the beer and a mild bitterness on the back of the throat.
M: On the light end of medium in body with a moderate carbonation. The beer is quite slick on the tongue.
O: Lots of different things going on, but overall it has a good flavor, and it was light and easy to drink.
