Our house hazy has six different hop varieties and a malt bill that maximizes haze. This beer pours just like orange juice and is thick & juicy but finishes crisp enough to drink many more than just one. Galena hops and Kveik yeast provide a unique tang that pairs well with the juicy and citrusy flavors from a triple dry hop addition of Brewer’s Gold, Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops. All grown locally at St. Croix Valley Hops.
