Tucked behind a strip mall in the small town of Chardon, this place has a nice outdoor patio with a super vibe. Food is available with a food truck parked nearby on the property. The vibe inside is a little less cool, as it is bright, small, and somewhat sterile with the brew kettles right on top of you. I'd have gone with woodwork instead of white tiles, but the important part is that the service was above expectations as were the several beers I had in the flight.

The slick, hip interior bar space, though small, is bright, clean and inviting, with several open seating short tops to choose from. The bar has a neat flip letter board above it that automatically shuffles through messages to show not just the beer list, but announcements like food truck dates, as well as other events. However, the draft list is apparently not always up to date, so the staff will still pass out paper menus instead.
Though the number of taps is fairly low, they focus heavily on hazy IPAs. The problem with that is they are very inconsistent with the style, as far as quality is concerned. Their stouts and sours are a bit hit or miss as well, but the first lager I had of theirs was quite enjoyable.
The bar itself is too small to be utilized as anything other than an ordering station. However, a sizable beer garden--which is viewable from an open air interior window that doubles as a second two-seater bartop--makes that a non-issue, at least, in the summertime, when the large garage door is thrown open.
Of particular note during that season, Eleventhree regularly schedules a varied rotation of food trucks, which itself brings in a steady flow of people who keep in the know. The vibe meshes fairly well with Chardon--a sort of suburban farmer feel with a soundtrack heavily bolstered by country pop--which overall is not my scene, though it seems to work quite well for others.
