Poured from 330mL bottle into my Lord Chambray tumbler. Best by 3/15/25 ... I think this is the first time I've ever encountered a beer past its best-by date here in Hungary! But it's a gose, so I'm not too worried.
Appearance: kind of a darkish golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweetish malt with lots of coriander and a bit of that lemon peel. It doesn't smell super sour; it's nice, but the sweetness and fruity coriander are laid on a bit thick.
Taste: a bit more tartness in the flavor brings out the lemon notes more and balances that sweetness a lot better. It tastes quite good: not overly tart, with an interesting flavor profile.
Mouthfeel: relatively light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: a super refreshing beer! I can imagine drinking a lot of this out on a boat or on the beach or soething.
