For our 100th batch at Polyrhythm, we wanted to brew something extra special - our first lager! We brewed this german-style Pils with 100% Hogarth floor-malted pilsner and traditional German hops - Hersbrucker and Perle. Simple and crisp.

Clear bright yellow golden pour with finger plus of tight bubbly white head with nice lacing.
Softly grainy and crackery malt with floral notes on the nose - gently herbal aroma.
Slightly sweet grainy malt up front - floral and slightly spicy hops with a moderate herbal bitterness - very nicely balanced.
Light and bright mouthfeel but with a body that gives it good substance and a nice bittersweet finish.
