Polyrhythm is alive with the sound of music!
As the New Year starts, we want to take off on the right foot and keep us singing throughout the year.
What better way to do that than to brew a nice crisp 'drop of golden sun'?
Hot Side Hops: Centennial, Columbus
Dry Hops: Columbus Cryo, Mosaic

Single 16 ounce can.
Cloudy burnt golden pour with a finger of fine dirty white head.
Pithy and piney with grapefruit aroma on initial pour/head - hint tropical with a touch of diesel - as warms a weedy dankness dominates and persists on the nose - honestly reminiscent of skunk weed from tromping through brush in my childhood.
Taste is pithy and herbal with an opening citrus sweetness that is quickly overwhelmed by herbal and grapefruit peel bitterness. There is a dank and sweatiness across the palate that is greater than the nose suggests.
Medium mouthfeel with average carbonation and a lingering herbal weedy bitterness.
