Hey DJ, get that record spinning!
At Polyrhythm, we love vinyl. Every Friday, we bust the record player out and spin tunes all day. There's nothing better than physical media, as it brings people together while having conversations about music.
For this IPA, we put a ridiculous amount of hops in the whirlpool. We also opted to do something new and add some toasted flaked rice into the mash. It adds a crispy, dry finish that makes this super crushable for 6.5%.
Hot Side Hops: Simcoe, Strata, Mosaic
Dry Hops: Strata, Mosaic

Single 16 ounce can from brewery - packaged May 4, 2025.
Clearish golden yellow pour with a finger of creamy white head.
Dank and piney/woody initially on the nose - herbal notes with the pine, a touch sweaty with some oniony-garlic notes - hints of citrus, berries.
Taste of sweet pale malt followed quickly by herbal, resinous piney and earthy hops; some green onion notes - some backend bitterness.
Clean medium full mouthfeel, tingling bright carbonation with a sticky resinous lingering bitter kick.
Superb!
