A collab between Thomas Surfboards & Noosa Beer Co.
Crisp, light & refreshing. The generous rice additions to the barley & grain mix creates a palatable lager light in colour & body finishing exceptionally dry.
Hops: Magnum (EU)
Malt: Atlas, Winter Wheat, Raw Wheat

This one was drunk fresh at the source in Noosaville in June 2024.
L: The beer is crystal clear and light golden yellow. A thin covering of bright white heads sits atop the beer, and slow-moving, large bubbles trundle up the glass.
S: clean malt, grassy and citrusy hops and a slightly sweet note, presumably from the rice.
T: Very clean citrus hops sit mildly on an unobtrusive malt and rice base. The finish is abrupt and dry. Very nice.
M: Lightly carbonated, full in the mouth, with a sherbety end note. Carbonic bite is minimal.
O: A very nice, crisp and refreshing Japanese rice lager.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
