Poured from 16oz can into a tulip. There is something stamped on the can, but if it is a date, I can't decipher it.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with tons of haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: very sweet aroma with notes of passionfruit, apricot, and grapefruit peel. It's definitely attuned to my palate!
Taste: sweet and a little boozy with passionfruit and kind of an orange-julius type flavor. Bitterness is low but there's a little bit of hop burn. I actually rather like it.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a decent carbonation and a smooth creaminess.
Overall: boozy, but we're talking about a TIPA here, so that makes sense. Probably rather sweet for some folks, but this one is working for me.
