A fresh full-flavoured pale ale with mid-strength alcohol that will have you coming back for another. A delicate stone fruit-come-tropical aroma from Galaxy and Enigma hops balanced with a slight biscuity malt note for a deep golden colour. It’s pretty good for a lazy lunch in your favourite hotel’s beer garden. Like ours, right here in Eumundi.

I drank this in June 2024, as quickly as possible, fresh at the source, while my wife and kids kept walking up the street. Therefore, minimal detail follows!
L: Golden amber, thin white head. Large, slow-moving bubbles.
S: Mild citrusy hops; otherwise, there is not much there.
T: Thick citrusy hops with grapefruit pith bitterness that lingers retronasally. A clean, tangy malt base backs up the hops.
M: Sharp and prickly carbonation, but the body is a little on the thin side.
O: A nice, tangy mid-strength beer.
