Rufa Negra
Rufa Cervesera de l'Empordà

Dark brown colour, almost black, with slight reflections at the bottom of the glass. Foam: brown in colour, high, made up of small bubbles, characterised by a long reduction time.
Aroma: The first impression is of bitter chocolate, roasted notes, coffee. A moment later, roasted and ash accents come in.
Taste gently sour with not too high bitterness in the counterbalance. Bitterness with a roasted and ashy character.
Medium saturation. Body medium. Smooth texture. Aftertaste medium-long sour with a bitter finish.
