From notes at Michigan Brewer’s Guild 2012. Pours dark brown/black with a small cream head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, maybe some smoke? Taste is rich roasted malt, hints of bitter, and a smooth finish. Medium carbonation and pretty thick mouthfeel. Overall a solid beer that I would like to revisit, but now live in Florida. Sad face :-(
