Named after our goofiest farmdog, Big Jack himself, this strong amber beer has honey sweetness and a fruit bowl of esters and spice. Notes of pear, fig, banana and raisin marry perfectly with caramel malts and 36 lbs of local honey. This concoction creates an incredible honey-like aroma and a warming alcohol presence.
