Had it on draft at Mohegan Sun
A - Had a nice appearance though for a blonde ale it was rather dark copper in color with a quickly disappearing head.
S - Had a very interesting smell both sweet and spicy. Malts were there but some interesting notes. Was expecting an interesting brew.
T - VERY disappointing. Hops are no where to be found while the malty sweetness was a bit much. unbalanced and watered down. had a sour/cidery finish which was very out of place for this style.
M - being diluted in flavor it was fairly smooth but the cidery finish lingered.
D - Very disappointed. it seems they made a brew at random and slapped a blonde ale tag (the bartender even called it a Blonde ale). Not something I would want again especially with the sourness (and I love sour ales)

Sampled on tap at Mohegan Sun Casino. A: Not much carbonation, arrived with basically no head. Cloudy yellow/orange. S: Pretty basic, but hard to find any hops in here. Lighter malts, maybe some distant citrus. T: Much sweeter than I expected, but finishes pretty sour. Again, hops are hard to find in here. M: Smooth, a tad thin. D: I tried this out of necessity as there were no other decent beers on the menu. It wasn't awful, but there was so much sour fruit in there at times it felt like I was drinking a lambic. Decent considering it's brewed in a casino, but nothing I'd seek out again.

On-tap 6/30/07 at Racebook Brewpub @ Mohegan Sun Casino, Uncasville, CT.
A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a medium white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but sweet and contains light malts, some spice and a touch of hops.
T: The taste is dominated by an unusual creamy & spicy sweetness, which I didn’t find appealing at all. The malt character is thin and there’s very little hops presence. The after-taste maintains the strong spicy sweetness.
M: Crisp but not very smooth, light body, medium carbonation, slightly sticky finish.
D: Not very tasty, goes down ok, not filling at all, the weird flavor completely turned me off to this beer. If you like it, it might be a good lighter beer to drink over a long period of time while you’re betting on the horses (especially since beer is complimentary while you’re betting), but I just didn’t like this beer.

This was probably my favorite of the 3 they had when I visited. Also their most normal, run-of-the-mill, a pale ale. Not very hoppy, but crisp. Basic malt flavor with a slight creaminess and roastiness hiding behind the surface. This is the one I would try again on most days, and also the one I'd recommend to a friend.
