Orange amber and cloudy. Smaller head but it sticks around leaving an extensive series of streaks on the glass.
The smell has elements of fresh tilled soil along with dry caramel and light floral hop.
Smooth body enhanced by the minimal carbonation level. Rich flavor of white toast, caramel, and warming alcohol. The hop bitterness is subdued particularly for this style. Still, the beer works. The aftertaste is short but balanced with the alcohol lingering longest.
