The beer is light orange amber, clear and has a small white head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is rather weak, but fresh and fruity, pears, green apples and some lime.
A clean sweet start, dextrose, the lime and lemon juice that turns into a nice bitter zest character.
Small carbonation, a refreshing feeling, a small body but a long dry finish.
A good and really nice real ale, at De Klomp, Linköping, Sweden.

The copper-coloured beer is a bit hazy; the low firm head is white and airy. The lacing is massive.
The soft malty smell got some fresh hints of peppermint and sour-bitter hops.
The taste got interesting refreshing notes of herbs, a robust bitterness, and meat loaf with tomatoes (?). There is a pleasant presence of aromatic and bitter hops and very fragile notes of smoke and lightly roasted malt. Body is medium. The aftertaste is overall bitter with some sourish notes of green apples, green bananas, margarine and camomile flowers.
The carbonation is almost flat; there are some fresh microscopic bubbles. The liquid is low-watery and very soft on the tongue.
This one is a bit different than the ordinary bitters with more hops. I enjoyed it.
