The colour is dark warm brown; the liquid clear. The finger thick airy head is pale beige.
The smell is light with some moss and a lightly roasted note.
The taste is a little sour with mild notes of honey. Lightly roasted notes with quite a lot of fresh bread. The bitterness is very mild in the aftertaste, I noticed some dry malty flavours and a touch of salt.
The carbonation is very mild, the liquid is semi-smooth.
A pleasant bitter with some roasted notes and honey flavours and the moss house taste of Cotleigh.
