Cask in London:
Pours amber with a foamy white head. Sheets of lacing stick.
The smell is of citrus - lemon/lime with some wood/vanilla.
The taste is of caramel/toffee with a tea-like bitterness. Nutty with melon-like fruitiness. A touch of vanilla in the balanced finish.
It has a very creamy body. Light-to-medium-bodied with medium carbonation (for a cask).
An excellent refresher that is not too light. Great choice for the season. Nice complexities, and a unique character. Very enjoyable!
