Smile Talking is an IPA brewed while grinning with our friends at Green Cheek Beer Co. We focused on “classic” T90 hop pellets at high doses to maximize aroma and support a pillowy malt body. This one tastes like stone-fruit filled clouds raining with vibrant fruit nectar: apricot candy, lime jello, and nectarine-peach preserves. It is a love letter to T90 hops, offering a rounder and more full expression than a similar beer full of concentrated hop products.
