This is our second foray into the alien jams recipe universe. instead of southern hemisphere hops we focused on CITRA. This is chock full of Citra lending an otherworldly complex aroma and extremely pale and hazy body.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Date is really hard to read but I think it was canned 2/6 or 3/6/25, so relatively fresh.
Appearance: lightish yellow hue with lots of haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: relatively sweet but not too much so; there's a good dose of tropical hop aroma here, along with a bit of citrus. Passionfruit and guava stick out to me. I'm digging it!
Taste: again, relatively sweet, and with a balance more toward the citrus side than the tropical. It has maybe a little hop burn, but I'm quite liking it overall.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I haven't had much from Human People, but this foray into their offerings is definitely going to make me seek out more of their beers.
