WEST COAST-style IPA made with Simcoe, Elani, Mosaic, and Columbus. Available on draft and in cans. Porco, like our west-coast IPAs is dry, with a clean and bright bitterness and intensely aromatic. Our supreme goal with these beers is to get you to have a second or third.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the hand-blown chalice. Nice sudsy mouthfeel with prickles on the tongue to go with the hop acids. Aromatic with green apricot and lime peel. Richly flavored and even a winey finish. The hops are pretty powerful but not so bitter as the resiny taste might foretell. The Elani hop is a new one to me but seems to play well with the mix. Overall this is a highly drinkable and non-standard hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewpub in North Seattle.
